12" Black Steel Pizza Tray Plain

This commercial range of heavy gauge - mild steel pizza trays is blackened over a burner and is suitable for the busiest of restaurants, cafes, catering business, food vans and school canteens. The trays are Australian made, they are excellent in holding the heat and deliver a well-baked crust. The black steel trays can be used in all types of ovens, but perform best with air heat such as conveyor ovens. Perforated style makes the bottom of the pizza ultra-crispy.
