Bromic Gastronorm Stainless Steel 1300L Upright Storage Freezer

Bromic's Fan-Forced Upright Storage Chillers and Freezers are designed around the Gastronorm sizing standard, offering rapid cooling, expansive storage and the versatility to be placed practically anywhere thanks to a 38C maximum ambient temperature rating and lockable castor wheels. These sturdy yet stylish stainless steel units feature advanced Dixell digital controllers, world-renowned Danfoss compressors and thick polyurethane insulation to offer reliability and efficiency in any application.

Food and beverage items can be stored on 1/1 Gastronom trays mounted on top of stainless steel rails. The freezer's corrosion-resistant outer casing is insulated on all four sides to minimise energy consumption. This works by allowing the refrigeration system to operate efficiently only when needed. A Dixell digital controller is also fitted for precise temperature maintenance, with a range between -22C to +18C. The chiller has front lockable castors that make transport and clean up easier for storeowners.
