Brand: FRYMASTER
The open pot 25 litre capacity PH55 model delivers high production output in a small footprint, complete with a high efficiency infrared burner. This unit provides a 20% reduction in energy costs. The powerful infrared burner coupled with the centreline fast action thermostat combine to provide high quality fried food in minimal time without burning oil or adding extra moisture to the food. The open pot design facilitate ease of clean. With no pilots to light, the unit has electronic ignition control via the standard computer controller (requires 240V electrical connection).

The PH155 models are available in full and split pot, and with filtration CM3.5 programmable computer control as standard.

  • Legs, rack-type basket support, basket hanger, twin baskets, cover.
  • LIFETIME (LIMITED) WARRANTY ON STAINLESS STEEL FRYPOT.
  • Front Oil Disposal with 168cm wand to easily dispose oil into a container.
